Today we move from the kitchen to the garage. What’s in your garage at home? Is
it clean, neat and orderly? Do you park your cars inside? Or is it filled with stuff? Are
your cars in the driveway outside? How recently have you had a garage sale? How
much did you make from it?

I’ve wondered at times—as I gaze at what’s in my garage at home—what our garages say about us. What do they have to say about the kind of people we are—the
kinds of families we are? Now that’s a scary thought, isn’t it?! Because I would hate
to be judged by my garage! And yet, maybe the state of our garages can teach
something—something valuable and lasting about our families’ lives.

Join us today as we rummage around in the garage, seeking to come to terms with
what’s there—and with what lessons it offers us.
