Today we begin a sermon series that deals with a vital topic. As I have prayed and prepared
for this series, I have come to believe that it is one of the more important (controversial?)
series I have preached. I encourage you to join us week by week, for the themes we address
will be key to our future as a church.

I would ask an interest in your prayers as we work our way through these bad ideas and, in
their place, seek what the Bible suggests for us. And pray for our church—that it will be faithful, robust, vital and Spirit-filled.
